ABOUT THE BOW TIE DJ GUY
Music has always been a major part of me. In high school I played the bass guitar, performing as part of a band in front of my peers for several years. I was that guy that had the aux chord, that always had awesome CD’s or playlists ready to go for the road trip, or even just the guy who brought speakers and a laptop along to the party.
Eventually as my fondness for electronic music grew, I bought my first set of DJ decks back in 2016 where I started practicing and got a shot in some Newcastle and Central Coast clubs, including winning a DJ competition in 2018. I was praised for the energy that I brought to the music, which is why you will always see me dancing or moving to the beat.
One day I picked up the microphone to ‘hype up’ the crowd around me, with successful hype and adlib humour when it came to music and DJ introductions. It was from here that I was able to really dial in to this new skill as an MC, which has developed into a more professional but still fun style in weddings over the years.
This attitude combined with my professional attire is complimented by my goal to just ‘get it right’, every time. I genuinely care about not only your dance floor but also your whole night and how every aspect should fit perfectly into your vision. Let’s talk about how I am that perfect fit!
